Inverness City Heritage Trust is seeking new volunteer members to serve on our Board of Trustees.
The Trust wants to recruit up to four committed and enthusiastic individuals to its board to manage the adoption and delivery of a new strategy and forward plan. The plan will reflect a changing heritage environment, and place increasing emphasis on the Net Zero agenda.
Trustees, who contribute their time and expertise on a voluntary basis, should have an active interest in the historic built environment of Inverness. We want a lively and diverse board of Trustees, and although no prior experience is necessary, we would be interested to hear from individuals with skills and experience in:
- PR and communications
- Financial management
- Technical knowledge of repair and conservation of buildings
- Education and training with an emphasis on traditional building skills
